These Terms govern your use of this store, operated by EVUNEA Studio. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell pearl, Hetian jade and rock crystal jewelry. Product photos are representative: natural materials vary — pearls in luster, shape and size, jade in tone, crystal in clarity and inclusions. Measurements and grades are stated in each product description.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items out of stock; you will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Shipping & Risk

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless required otherwise by law.

Import Duties

Orders ship from China. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
