We want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Because these are natural materials, slight variations in luster, shape, tone and pattern are a hallmark of genuine pearls, jade and crystal and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Items marked final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email support@evunea.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.

Customs & Duties

For returned international orders, original shipping costs and any import duties paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
