Orders are carefully inspected and packed within 1-3 business days.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate, 7-15 business days to the United States once shipped.
Free Shipping: on orders over $99.

Orders ship from China via tracked international shipping; a tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties or taxes, if any, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays & Lost Packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your package is lost or damaged, contact support@evunea.com and we will make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are with the carrier; re-shipping due to an incorrect address may incur additional cost.
